Hay House NOW products are not loading

Hay House NOW products are streamed to your device when you open the app.  

If you are not seeing any products populate:

- Check that you are connected to the internet and have at least 3G speeds.

- If you have recently installed Hay House NOW to a new device or have updated, you may need to delete and reinstall the app.

Remove App
1. On your device, make sure you have exited any apps by tapping the Home button
2. Find the Hay House NOW icon and press down on the icon until the “x” appears.
3. Tap the “x” to remove the app from your device

Reinstall App
4. Tap to open the App Store on your device
5. At the bottom, tap “Updates"
6. Tap “Purchased"
7. Find Hay House NOW in the list, and tap the cloud download icon

After Hay House NOW is installed, please launch the app on your device.
