My Dr. Seuss Treasury subscription or purchase will not Restore or sync to another device

You will need to use the Restore Purchases feature in Dr. Seuss Treasury to enable your subscription or purchase on each device.

Restore Feature
1. On your device, open Dr. Seuss Treasury 
2. On the Subscriptions screen, tap on the “Restore Purchases” text located on the bottom center of the screen. Then swipe past the parental message.
3. If it asks, enter the same Apple ID you used to purchase your original subscription.

If your subscription still will not sync to a new device:

Verify your account and iCloud settings
1. Verify that your original and additional device are using this same Apple IDs and iCloud device settings
Settings-->iTunes & App Store
Settings-->iCloud
2. If you are using Family Sharing, then please enable "in-app purchase" before trying the Restore.  You may disable it after it has restored.

Remove Dr. Seuss Treasury
1. On your additional device, find the Dr. Seuss Treasury app and press down on the app icon until the “x” appears.
2. Tap the “x” to remove the app from your device

Reinstall Dr. Seuss Treasury
4. Tap to open the App Store on your device
5. At the bottom, tap “Search"
6. Enter "Dr Seuss Treasury"
7. Find Dr. Seuss Treasury in the list, and tap the cloud download icon

Use the Restore Feature Again
8. On your device, open Dr. Seuss Treasury
9. On the Subscriptions screen, tap on the “Restore Purchases” text located on the bottom center of the screen. Then swipe past the parental message.
10. If it asks, enter the same Apple ID you used to purchase your subscription originally.

If your your subscription or purchase is still not restoring, please send us a copy of your original purchase receipt so we may further assist you.
