Your Daily Oracle - Alarm feature issue
If you have updated the app to the latest version, but are still having issues:
iOS
1. The alarm is dependent on your device's ringer volume being on and turned up. Please confirm that these are on.
2. In the app Settings > Daily Reminder, please turn Daily Reminder and Use as Wake-Up Alarm "On" and set and save your desired time.
3. Please make sure that you have enabled Notifications for this app in your device Settings > Notifications >Your Daily Oracle > Allow Notifications > Sounds
Android
1. The alarm is dependent on your device's Notifications Volume being on and turned up. Please confirm that these are on in device Settings > Sounds and vibration > volume > Notifications volume slider
2. In the app Settings > Daily Reminder, please turn Daily Reminder and Use as Wake-Up Alarm "On" and set and save your desired time
3. Please make sure that you have enabled Notifications for this app in your device Settings > Notifications > Your Daily Oracle set to "On"
