Oracle Card Apps Are Not Restoring

If you have gone through the steps to restore your previous Oracle Card Decks in the new Beauty Everywhere Oracle Cards app and they aren't appearing in "My Library":

1.  Confirm the stand alone oracle card app is installed on your device.
Once installed, open the Beauty Everywhere Oracle Cards app and tap "more" on the bottom right and then tap "Restore Purchases".  The restore process can take up to a minute, please wait until you see the "All purchases have been restored" window.  Tap "OK" and then "My Library" and you should see all of your previously purchased Beauty Everywhere oracle card apps there.

2. Confirm the previously purchased app is a Beauty Everywhere app
You may have an older version of the app published by Hay House, which will not restore on this Beauty Everywhere app.  You can identify the publisher by the icon of the app.  If the app has "H" on the icon, it is an older version of the app.  If the app icon has a gold "BE" border, then you can restore the deck inside the new Beauty Everywhere Oracle Cards app.
